Corporate Training under the Project Management Program

At the end of Mach 2009, a corporate employee training under the Project Management program was held at the Treugolnik Business Center.


The goal of the training was to consolidate the work force around the common values and conceptions of project management fundamentals. Additionally, a conception of a project management standard the most suitable for the current and future needs of the company had to be developed based on the instructor's recommendations.


                      


The program is based on the international project management standard developed by the Project Management Institute and published in the PMI Body of Knowledge 2004 as well as on the practical experience of holding training programs and deploying design approaches at Russian enterprises.

 

The training is based on the learning-by-doing principle, which proposes active involvement of the participants in the work process – performing analysis of practical (from the experience of domestic and foreign enterprises for the 2000-2009 period) and training situations, engaging into discussions, giving substantiations, discussing business situations, and doing practical work in groups.
